 1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY 

Kalptaru Collection ships to all the pin codes in India. Our motto is to ensure that your products are handled professionally, we have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

Order Dispatch

Kalptaru Collection orders usually get processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you possible delays.

Order Delivery 

Kalptaru Collection usually deliver your order within 6-7 days from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Track your shipment with details provided over your registered email ID to know when it is on its way.

 2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

Kalptaru Collection brand offers free shipping for all prepaid orders above 1000rs within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹100 is applicable for all COD orders within India. 

International Shipping:

International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
