We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've streamlined our policies for you. we value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product / jewellery which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.

• Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@kalptarucollection.com or WhatsApp on +91-7039986851 inform us of your intention to return the jewellery or product within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

• Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. Address the package to our return address, which will be provided to you via email. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

• Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. If by mistake you place an order of same product twice then only u will get 1 order payment back. It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount. Otherwise, No any refund. 

• Cancellation: Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. If unfortunately, you want to cancel your order please do within 12 hours of placing the orders, Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded, If by mistake you place an order of same product twice then only u will get 1 order payment back. It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount. Otherwise, No any refund.                                                                                                                                                                 OR

• Exchange: You can return your product and ask for exchange only if the item is damaged, parcel opening video is must.  Send Parcel opening video on our WhatsApp number +91 -7039986851or email at support@kalptarucollection.com ,You can exchange your product within 2 days from the time you receive, provided the product has to revive neatly and packed in its original cover. We do not have pick up facility so the pickup will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.
