Being inspired by all three looks of the woman, we decided to bring all these looks in affordable price to all those pretty women in under one roof. SandhyaVaibhav is the founder of Kalptaru Collection (#kalptaru11217), I born in a small village located in district of Maharashtra, but I brought up in Mumbai. I was an average student in school and college, at that time I never thought or decided that one day I would become an entrepreneur / business woman. During MBA studies I aspired and dreamed of becoming an HR head in a reputed company and started my journey towards that. I worked as HR but didn’t make it that far, because I had to quit my job, for some unavoidable personal reason. That was my choice or my mindset, I had a 4-year career gap and I deleted the job from my life forever. Since then, I started thinking that, I should start my own business so that, I can balance my both personal and professional life in my own way. I have complete faith in destiny, even if I quit the job permanently and I didn’t even want to do it. Then I thought my destiny was designed for more beautiful things. I am spiritual, I firmly believe that everything in life happens for a reason. I continued my efforts as to which business to do, how to do it, studied lots of business ideas, met with business people around me, tried to convince, but failed many times. I had been disappointed many times. During the initial stage, my family hesitant about my business because we had instilled in our minds from childhood that a business is not our cup of tea, but I was firm in my decision to start my own. I convinced my family, why I want to do business, my business product range, vision and mission, I kept my all business plan Infront of them then they gradually started trusting and supporting me for the business. My husband took the initial step to support me on every stage of business. I really appreciated his trust, support and understanding nature towards my business and my personal growth. Meanwhile I had faith that one day my business idea will workout and it will be executed. It was a great kick start, I started my own jewellery brand on Instagram and Facebook in 8th August 2023, highly inspired by the looks of women, because women want a different look in every function/festival. I personally love all types of jewellery to wear according to function/festival because each jewellery gives you significant look and memories of life. Then I decided to offer Premium quality jewellery in an affordable price to all graceful women who want to stay beautiful in all stages of her life. Now, we are trying to make it happen, we are maintaining the quality of the jewellery/products, so customers place orders with us with confidence. A lot of customers have joined us in this business journey and with their trust we are growing. There are many customers who buy from us repeatedly & promote our brand.
